Stimulus checks have begun to be funded to accounts. Please use the following Q&A list for answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Direct deposit payments for CARES Act Stimulus Payments will begin to post to accounts within the next several days.  It is our goal to ensure these payments are posted accurately and timely.  Please note, RCB Bank cannot control what account number the government used to send the payments to. The account utilized to accept the stimulus money into was from 2018 or 2019 tax return period.

Please look at your tax return and or call your tax preparer.

Should a payment attempt to post to a closed or charged off account and the customer has no other open accounts with the bank, these payments will be returned.  When the returned payment is received by the Treasury or the IRS, a check will be sent to the name and address for the taxpayer in the IRS’s records.  If there are other open accounts and the names on the payment(s) match the names on the account, we will post the payment.

You can get additional information regarding your stimulus payment at www.irs.gov/coronavirus.  There is also a Get My Payment option where you can check your payment status, confirm payment type, either direct deposit or check and update bank account information if applicable.

Yes. There are supposed to be additional batches received over the next couple of weeks. We have no way of knowing when you will receive your payment if applicable.
