RCB Bank COVID-19 Response

Non-deposit products are not insured by the FDIC; are not deposits; and may lose value.

Limited Access Lobbies

Effective Monday, May 18, lobbies at all of our locations will be reopened with limited access. Customers may enter the lobby for full banking services without an appointment under a social distancing structure. Lines and stickers have been added to the lobby floors and in front of desks. Plexiglass has also been added to the teller line.

We will not be limiting our lobbies to a specific number of customers in at a time, but we do ask that the following social distancing practices be followed:

  1. Customers are not required to wear masks for bank entry or to obtain services, however they may potentially be asked to briefly lower the mask for security and ID purposes when conducting bank transactions.
  2. Maintain six feet distance from others.
  3. If you are feeling unwell, please utilize the drive-thru.

While our lobbies have been reopened, please also consider utilizing our digital and off-site banking tools. Getting started is easy!

With our digital banking tools, you can:

  1. Check balances, transfer money and view monthly statements.
  2. Pay your bills7 and loans, and set up recurring payments.
  3. Deposit checks8 with the Mobile Deposit feature on the app.
  4. Send money quickly and easily to anyone you know and trust with instaPay on the app.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and make decisions as more information is available. Know that we are making decisions to continue offering our banking services for our customers while providing the recommended health safety precautions.
