How to make the switch.

Enroll in Online Banking

Enroll for online banking to access eStatements and manage your account online.

When you enroll for online banking, don’t forget to sign up for eStatements to avoid the $3 paper statement fee and to be able to use Mobile Deposit for no monthly charge.

Enroll in Bill Pay8

Once you have created your online banking profile, you can enroll in Bill Pay8. It gives you one place to set up payment alerts, make single payments or set up recurring payments. This can help you cut down on the number of apps and websites necessary to track your bills. Some fees may apply.  Visit the Bill Pay page for more information.

Download our free RCB Bank Mobile Banking app.

Once you have enrolled in online banking, download our app with the user credentials you set up in the enrollment process. The  RCB Bank Mobile Banking app gives you access to mobile banking products like Text Banking and instaPay.  Once your account has been in good standing for 90 days, you can sign up for Mobile Deposit9 through the app as well.

Text Banking10

Once you have downloaded the RCB Banking Mobile Banking app, you can sign up for Text Banking.  This service allows you to perform many of your banking functions without needing to log in to online banking or the mobile app. Some fees may apply. Visit the Text Banking page for more information.

While you’re signing up for our digital banking tools, don’t forget to check out instaPay 7 to send money quickly and securely. As long as you have an RCB Bank checking account and debit card, then all you need is a phone number or address of the person who will receive the payment.
