We are excited to announce an upgrade to our core account system.

In our continuing efforts to deliver the very best fiduciary, investment and customer services, while keeping up with our growing customer base and changing technology, we are excited to announce a major upgrade to our core accounting system effective July 1. We have gone through a lengthy, in-depth process for more than a year to evaluate the industry, plan for change and make sure the smallest of details are covered.

RCB Bank Trust Customers

Our system upgrade will provide a better and more customer-friendly online experience as well as a new look to your statements. More importantly, your statements will be vastly improved with more information, additional features, increased functionality and more.

Online Access for Current Users

Please note, due to the transition to our new site, online access may be unavailable for a few days during the first part of July.

To access your account on the new site:

  1. Navigate to the RCB Bank website www.RCBbank.com.
  2. Click on the Trust & Investments tab.
  3. Then click Member Login as usual. You will see the customary notice that you are leaving the RCB Bank website. From here, you will be directed to the new site.

Your Username will remain the same.

Your temporary password will be the first initial of your first name (upper case), your full last name (lower case) and the last four digits of your SSN. Do not enter any spaces between the characters. You will be required to change your password before you can proceed.

Statements for the Period Ending June 30

Your statement for the period ending June 30 will be produced from our current system, so it will look the same. However, you will not be able to view/retrieve an electronic version from our new site. This is a one-time inconvenience as you will be able to view/retrieve your online statements for periods going forward. Please notify your RCB Bank Trust representative if you would like an electronic copy of your statement for the period ending June 30 to be delivered to you by secure email.

Previous Central Bank and Trust Co. Customers

The system will not change for you, only the button you click on to access your online account. Your login credentials and statements will remain the same.

Effective July 1, you will access your online account by doing the following:

  1. Navigate to the RCB Bank website www.RCBbank.com.
  2. Click on the Trust & Investments tab.
  3. Then click Member Login as usual. You will see the customary notice that you are leaving the RCB Bank website. From here, you will be directed to the new site.
